"TELKOM-TELOS" Public Limited Company in Cracow was entered into the National Court Register under KRS no 0000005923 on September 29th, 1995. According to the Articles of Association the company’s business includes:

- any manufacturing operations in the field of telecommunication and wire and wireless communications; in particular, the manufacture of public, common use and special purpose telephone sets, signalling devices, telecommunication accessories;

- any manufacturing and service operations in the field of electronic technology utilisation, plastics processing and metalworking;

- design and construction operations in the field of electronics, mechanics, telecommunication and use of communications systems;

- commercial as well as marketing and advertising activity and other commercial services for own products, whether in the form of finished products or engineering solutions, as well as in agency, both in Poland and for foreign transactions.
